I'm a new qwest customer, and I am satisfied! I save so much more money than when I was with COX, and the picture is better. Instead of copper the lines are fiber optic or something like that which I guess gives off a better signal and is mroe advanced and I can see it in my HD tv when I watch The Spurs....bottom line: Looking to save money and get a better quality picture? Go to qwest.

I was told last May when I returned to Qwest that I would probably have DSL by the end of summer. The main box for DSL is a little over a 1/4 mile from the end of my driveway. Now I am being told that Qwest doesnt know when or IF I will ever get DSL. No matter who I have contacted at Qwest I keep getting the same run around. Check back in 3 month. Believe me, if you are thinking of switching to Qwest, get it in writing what they plan to do for you.
