Up until about 2 yrs ago, Juno was just fine. Then, for no reason I can tell, I could no longer print my e-mail messages. Not long after that, I began to be deluged daily with scam and spam messages, from overseas, mainly Nigeria, Hong Kong and UK. for awhile I forwarded them to Juno abuse, as they suggest, but nothing happened, so I am in the process of dumping Juno and going with someone else...it's just a hassle, since so many friends have to be notified

I have had Juno platinum for several years. But I cannot get any service from them without paying a $'s / minute amount . When you report trouble they send you all this automated junk and you have to try to pick fromm it usually it has no bearing on your problems. I have had several problems with my mail box. I usually end up just removiong and reinstalling the program to correct, since I cannot get my questions answerd from anyone at Juno

I have Juno 5.0 and above and I am supposed to have Juno Turbo. I noticed that about a month or more ago the Turbo icon disappeared from my desktop. I went to several places to pick up a CD to reinstall it but no one had one. Since I am already paying for it, how can i reinstall it again instead of paying for it again.I need to know how to reinstall it again for free, since I am paying for it. i enjoyed it very much it was fast enough for me.
