Service is OK - I suppose it could be better, could be worse. Just so happens that were I live AT&T High Speed is the fastest internet service available. I'm happy with the deal I received when I bundled my services. One minor issue I have is that I couldn't use the reward card AT&T sends you at my favorite store, but I did put it to good use elsewhere.

I just got AT&T High Speed Internet last month. It was very easy to install...I'm not computer saavy and I figured it out. I'm 55 years old so I was a little nervous about that part. I've been using dial up for quite some time too and so far, so good. I'm very happy with the faster speeds. I did have an issue one day when I couldn't log on, but I called customer service and they were very friendly and helped me resolve the issues. I'm very happy with my service so far.

I picked 4 stars because I don't want AT&T to get excited now, come on now.... The broadband is good... I recommending getting the broadband to my grandma and grandpa before thety past away!

In the last several months since having DSL with AT&T there have been many times where I would freeze, and have to manually shut down my computer. Which then causes delay when I restart again-lost out time with IM friends when I freeze and shut down never to reconnect with friend that nite. Over all a guess it is faster thatn dial up but not 100% happy with them.

While I don't expect this to be published by AT&T Yahoo, I do want to say in the past months I have run into more times than I can count, unaccessable internet. AT&T Yahoo email is very often jammed, through no fault of my own according to the error messages I get. So if you are thinking of getting AT&T high speed internet, look around and check other provider contact successes.
